Self Contained Units

Crown Self-Contained Units is like a mini house all in one. These units have the flexibility of being completely transportable with the functionality and comfort you would expect from a small apartment. It contains a full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and vinyl flooring with a saniflo pump system that connect to the existing sewage services in order to remove all waste from the unit. Water into the unit can be connected via a standard garden hose connecting into the exterior inlet valve. Water is heated by a gas califont system. The kitchenette has a sink and sufficient storage for all the necessities. Cooktops can be added as an optional extra.

The units are fully insulated, with ample natural light, internal LED lighting, ranch slider, carpet in the living and bedroom area and vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen areas.
