RSE Worker Accommodation

RSE accommodation, typically referred to as Seasonal Worker Accommodation, are purpose-built portable buildings for NZ Government Recognised Seasonal Employers. They typically consist of sleepouts, ablution blocks, kitchen and dining facilities.

The NZ government introduced changes to the seasonal worker accommodation requirements, and at Crown Portable Buildings we ensure we are up to date with council compliance. Our seasonal worker accommodation is NZ Building Code Compliant and we have a reputation for offering a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality.

The portable buildings used for seasonal worker accommodation are constructed to the highest standard using 75mm EPS panel to ensure a comfortable space with ample natural light and ventilation. All seasonal worker accommodation units include underfloor insulation, insulated walls and ceilings, and have double glazed joinery as standard. Layout options can be refined to be fit any purpose.
